Thomas is Senior Consultant and Strategist and contract work. He has been focussing on complexity, social software for web and intranets since the mid-90s and has paired this design, development, and management of these services with breadth and depth across many user experience domains. Much of Thomas’ work has been working with organization leadership to understands their needs to get to solid solutions in a changing world. Some of this work is leading innovation / R&D projects and labs, as well as running in-house planning and strategy for transformations and leading product selection and / or creation to meet those ends.
